In accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Dahir No. 1-09-15 of 22 Safar 1430 (February 18, 2009) promulgating Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data), EFOIL MAROC undertakes, in order to protect the personal data of Users, to implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected and processed, and in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or communicated to unauthorized third parties.
